Require Page Parent

Is there any way to limit a particular user to only create child pages of a certain parent?

For categories there is the great Bind User To Category plugin, but I was wondering if there is something similar for Pages.

I can hide the other pages with User Access Manager, but it still lets a user post a page in the root (without a parent page).
