Button (icon) not visible

  • I am sure when I first installed this plugin I could toggle the TOC on/off.

    I remember experimenting to see if I could hide the icon and found that there was an option in the settings (‘Toggle View’ checkbox?) but this no longer changes anything (I currently have it checked).

    Any ideas?

    WOAH! I think I’ve solved it: I had ‘Prevent the loading of core css files’ checked: that hides the toggle button.
