Need Help Formatting Posts

  • I am not exactly new to using text editors, but I’m finding it extremely difficult to do anything decent with the WordPress editor. Is there not a program that I can write my posts in and then copy and paste it into WordPress and have it keep the formatting, like maybe Microsoft Word? I tried it with Word 2007, but sometimes it looks OK and sometimes it doesn’t.

    Also, I do not like the post size of my text. Where would I go to in my stylesheet to change the default size of the font that is used in all of them?

  • Don’t paste content from Microsoft Word into WordPress as the pasted text will also contain Word’s own formatting. Sooner or later, this formatting will stop your pages from being displayed correctly (if at all) in Internet Explorer.

    I’m not a big fan of the Windows Live stuff, but man I would kiss you if wasn’t a dude, because this makes things much easier. Thanks!
