Sub Category Page Is Not Displaying When Navigated To From Shop Page.

    Hi,

    I have seen a couple of threads in relation to this, but none have been resolved.

    I am having an issue that when you go to the ‘shop’ page of my website, it will show the categories (which is perfect).

    When I click on the Fashion Category, it navigates to the sub categories (which again is perfect).

    BUT….

    When I click on the Kitchen or Lifetime Warranty categories, it then loads all products in the category. I need it to load the sub categories.

    I am unsure how to fix this and have had some support from the WordPress team, who have recommended coming here.

    Does it work properly with other themes like Storefront or Twenty Nineteen?

    Hi Amit,

    When i activated store from. Fashion no longer showed the sub categories.
    The others remained the same showing nothing also.

    If it also doesn’t work with other themes, it means it is not a theme issue. Have you reached the woocommerce support for this?
