Increase size of category window in new post admin panel

I have a large number of categories. When I write a new post, scrolling back and forth to find the appropriate categories is tedious. “Most used” categories tab helps only somewhat.

Is there a way to change the size of the window that lists the categories in the admin panel?

I’m looking for a plugin. if it requires something custom, please let me know the info and i’ll pass it on to someone that can help me.
