    Hi I use the latest version of your plugin, woocommerce and wpml.

    I test orders. When the card is not acceptable the order returns to cancel.
    An email goes to the customer which should inform him that order canceled or something like this you have at backend

    Thank you for shopping with us.
    However, the transaction wasn’t successful, payment wasn’t received.
    Eurobank Transaction ID:

    Instead of this, i get an email with all details and the area with the customer’s notes is blank. Do you use any shortcode like [woo_mb_customer_provided_note] to display
    the message to email?

    I use WooCommerce Email Customizer if that affects it (but i dont think)
