Ad Buttons Does not activate admin panel

  • I see ad buttons in the index on the left. When i click it, The admin screen reloads to Blank. Nothing there. I realized I had to add the ad button widget to a sidebar and did so thinking that would solve my issue. It did not. The Ad button shows on my site (with an ad for ad buttons) but i have no admin panel at all, in the dashboard area.
    Reminds me of another program i have not been able to use.. the To Do list. It is blank as well. Suntins wrong but i sure don’t know what..
    hopefully someone will recognize the issue and help..I’ll be eternally grateful!

    No reply? sure could use some help. now i’m thinking that what.. its a thorny issue with my server set up that no one wants to tackle? Or maybe something skewed in the code of my theme? Would really appreciate someone at least speculating what it could be, someone with knowledge adn power. lol

    One thought is security, the plugin admin panel will only show when you are logged in as an administrator. But since that is also required to be able to add widgets, I guess you are.

    With the to do plugin showing similar behaviour, I would think that the error is in your wordpress installation. Are you running the latest version?

    this issue has been resolved. The problem was a general security configuration problem on the webserver
