Used to be great – *used to be.

I’ve been using this plugin for a couple years and up until about 7 or 8 months ago, I had zero complaints. Something has happened on the developer’s side though because they’ve basically disappeared. The plugin still works mostly, but I have a support ticket that’s been sitting for 10 months with no reply – and I’m a PAYING customer. Tonight I cancelled my subscription both on their site and on PayPal and am going to start looking for a suitable replacement. It’s been 11 months since the last update which makes it hard to trust the security & integrity of the code at this point.
