    Concerning your case, please visit our website via this link and create a ticket to contact our devs directly about your issue. If possible, please include your website info (wp-admin link, username, password), other WooCommerce plugins, name of the theme in the ticket so that they can check and fix this problem for you. You also can create a dev/staging site with the same issue then our devs will work on it. Be as specific as possible so that they can find a solution faster.

    I have the same issue for a few weeks now, was it ever resolved?
