Not seeing restricted message on Desktop

Hi,
I noticed when I am logged in on a Desktop computer and I try to access a page (as a user)that I should not be allowed to access, I do not get the expected error message. I do get the messages when on a smart phone.
I am expecting to see “You must be logged in to view this content” or “Content is restricted for your membership level.” as I’ve defined in the settings. Nothing shows when on a desktop.
It seems to have worked before but for some reason it no longer does.

Hi, there are restrictions on the account types. We currently have three levels and based on the level of service the user can access specific pages. I did try switching from default to message to content and I had the same operation. I am seeing the message I have in the system on my mobile but not on my desktop.
Please let me know if I need to give you access.
