RSS Widget problem

When I click on a link from the RSS Widget, it says FORBIDDEN and I notice that the address is:
https://www.mysite.com/https://mysite.com/blog/?p=123
it should be:
https://www.mysite.com/?feed=rss2
I put this address into the widget, but I get FORBIDDEN.
Any idea of how to fix it?
