Don’t send another email to the same customer for a week after the 1st week sent

Hello Support Team,
I have set cut-off time “Cart abandoned cut-off time” to 1 second to capture immediately on the same. But the issue is when we add the product to the cart and close the window and again open the window and load the cart or checkout page (with not placing the order), It again sends the notification email to a user after X (20min) time on the same.
Will there anyway if the email sent to that user now then it will not send until the next week for the same user?
It means:
“don’t send another email to the same customer for a week after the first week has been sent”I hope to have your support for this thing on the same.
