    Customers can’t enter their card details. There’s no fields to write the information in

    Hi @awesomealice,

    I believe you’re not seeing the Stripe payment form as your site isn’t loading over HTTPS. It appears you don’t have an SSL certificate installed yet for the site.

    I would ask your host if they can do so for you and make sure that your site loads over HTTPS and not HTTP.

    Hopefully that helps and makes sense.
