Weekly Archive as PDF?

Hi,

Is there a plugin out there that will show my archives grouped into weeks and downloadable as PDFs?
I indend to also use the pdf to print paper-based archives when needed.

If nothing exists I could use a collapsable archive plugin showing year > month > week and then ‘print to pdf’. But this wouldn’t look too pretty.
