Trackbacks Seperated from Comments

Is there a plugin out there that has trackbacks seperated from comments. Like in Movable Type where:
it’s like Comments (0) Trackbacks (0)
I do not want the plugin that makes them all in one section, however has Trackbacks above Comments and seperated on the same page.
If this can’t be found , does anyone know the plugin that https://www.sayanythingblog.com has “Kerry Campaign To Join Ohio Recount Battle” or any entry that has trackbacks…the trackback is put under the post like:
