New Install Help Please

I have just installed the plugin on a WordPress site, hosted by GoDaddy (that could be the issue, idk). I cannot access “Settings”. It returns the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” See https://murdervillage.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/noaccess.jpg

But I am guessing that is where the Manage Fields page is? If I just click on the plugin, I cannot see any the fields. https://murdervillage.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/database.jpg

What have I done wrong/what has gone wrong with the installation?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I am using using PHP 5.6 and ASP.NET 3.5.
