    That’s where I’m trying to install wordpress. I am using the PostGreSQL version of wordpress.
    I am currently logged into my servers SSH connection, but I don’t know the commands to create a database for this.
    Here’s what I’ve got:
    $ createdb [-W=XXXXXX -U=mediahug] emilevictor [blognews]
    Error is returned that account “MediaHug” does not exist.
    -_- I just logged on as MediaHug!
    wtf?

  • If you don’t know the command for installing the database, perhaps you should figure that out before installing WordPress.

    Does it work if you make the database after uploading?

    Well, in the MySQL version of WordPress (which is the official version), you run install.php (included with the download) in your browser to create the database. I’ve never even heard of a PostGreSQL version of WordPress.

    Search for PostGre in the search bar. You’ll find a thread called “PostGre Port”.

    I’m having problems. I’ve run WP for about 6 months now, and this is the first error. https://dmkjr.com is the address. Anyone know what the deal is?
