New to WP:Need Class Reunion Contact Form Plugin Which One?

A) I want to build a class reunion WP website with contact form to gather classmate contact information.

B) I am new to WP. Can I do what I want to below in WP? Do I need some other site creation tool? Am I asking too much of WP?

C) What WP version to use?

D) Which plug-in is generally recognized as good plugin to use for contact form?

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Want ability to capture classmate standard contact info on WP site: name, address, email, phone, graduation year, short biographical information.

2. Need to be able to add new fields to form. Would plugin prevent this?

3. Need to be able to have classmates update their own contact info at the WP site over the years.

4. Need to be able to download contact data base information in CSV format for Excel spreadsheet.

I don’t want to put hours into WP development only to find that I can’t accomplish requirements above.
