Non-existent support

The plugin might be interesting but the pre-sell quest service doesn’t work. I sent two tickets on 22 and 29 October 2019, number 36270 e 36287 after about 15 days of waiting still no response.
I think it’s absurd how can I buy a product if I don’t get the necessary clarifications?
A serious company must respond promptly to the requests of the potential customer.
I don’t think I’ll buy this plugin.A few days after the review, I was contacted by the owner who kindly explained to me the reason for the delays in the support.
Now the support is much more efficient.
I hope you continue like this.
