    I have the same problem. Is there already a solution for this problem?

    Our server returned an error (0 – Operation timed out after 45000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received).

    I am getting this since 3hrs

    Unfortunately, we had another server fault ??

    It is resolved and we really hope it will not happen anymore.

    To give you further information – we work on server updates in order to speed up the process and we experienced some issues during the transfer.

    Really horrible support is being provided for this plugin. Hard to believe it’s been developed by the same guys who made WP rocket. Their servers went offline on the same day I bought the plan, they stayed down for a good 24hr period and yet their status page showed them as online.

    When I asked for a refund after removing the plugin and short pixel they simply stated that it would be processed and as of now it’s been 2 days but they haven’t responded on chat and I have received non refund either. Apparently their chat support is cool with just 1 guy managing it and its completely normal for them to not see your message for 3 days or so. Unbelievable. Please stop using the WP Rocket branding as it feels like both plugins are being managed by different teams altogether, I’ve been using wp rocket since 4 yrs and have always received excellent support from them.

    We are very sorry about this situation.

    Unfortunately, you are right, at this moment there is only one person in support. Having in mind server issues we had, our support requests jumped up a lot so it’s very hard to keep the good level of support as expected.

    We work on hiring new people and our server issues have been resolved, so we expect to make this much better soon.

    All refunds should have been processed so it might be in transfer, but feel free to send me your email and I will double-check.
