Not able to Use Dashboard
-
Hi,
After login, when I access the dashboard from the top admin bar, it going to a ‘Not found page’ due to redirecting the /wp-admin page to site.com/login-4/https%3A%2F%2Fsite.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
can’t login to backend. I tested this with latest plugin and old one v3.2.5.
Please solve this issue.

Also I found when we deactivating and activating the plugin, new login and registration pages are creating (this happens when updating the plugin also). Is that causing this issue? I have 4 login pages and registration pages generated automatically.
Hi
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding Pie Register. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Pie Register doesn’t create duplicate pages on every update. Can you share your site details with WP admin details via our Contact us form here, so we can look into this issue.
Thanks
Is the plugin creates a new login and registration pages when activating the plugin?
Also why the /wp-admin redirect to home page after login using the plugin?
Hi,
Plugin creates pages with PR forms, i.e. Login, Registration, Forgot Password and Profile pages on installation (first time activation).
You can change After Login page from PR menu > Settings > Pages > All Users. If set as default, it redirects to Home page after login.
See screenshot: https://prntscr.com/ptkg65
Thanks
Thanks for reply. I found if those 4 pages Login, Registration, Forgot Password and Profile pages built using any page builder (here Fusion builder), the plugin won’t detect it and create new 4 pages and it causing a redirect if accessing /wp-admin.
Can the plugin detect upon activation if those pages changed to a page builder?
Hi,
Pie Register doesn’t check the pages if they are modified or built with any page builder. It checks on update/activation that if PR Forms default pages saved in PR settings exists. If there is no page selected in PR Pages settings or pages which were selected are deleted, then it will create new pages and save them as default. So make sure that your current pages are also saved in PR settings.
See screenshot of PR Pages settings: https://prnt.sc/pv7b3e
Hope this clears now.
Thanks
So it means if we set the pages https://prnt.sc/pv7b3e the plugin will not change those pages while activation?
I have tried this by deactivating all plugins except Pie register and switched to standard theme. then I assign all pages https://prnt.sc/pv7b3e which I created using fusion builder. Then I deactivate and activate the plugin and it created 4 additional pages and this https://prnt.sc/pv7b3e pages replaced by newly created pages.
Please check this issue.
Ok. We are checking this issue.
Go to PR menu > Help > Version > Plugins and Themes. Copy all and paste it here. It will help us in replicating the issue.
Thanks

Steps to replicate the issue.
login using the front end and click on the Dashboard link in top bar under the site name.
Can you please confirm that this issue does not occur when Pie Register is deactivate ?
Yes, No issues when deactivating Pie Register. You can still check this on the website.
