Async JS loading

    Hey there,

    This is a great plugin helps a lot. Thanks for it.
    But PLEASE add an option to load combined js in async mode. Just mark this option in admin panel as “do it if you know what to do” or “sometimes it can brake your site”.

    The plugin already defers javascript if you select the right settings.
    You should know that its the only safe way for compatibility, because your js files may end up randomly loading before your inlined scripts and things can stop working due to undefined errors.

    It’s not very likely, but can happen.

    That being said, I’ll add that option someday soon.
