• I installed and configured the plugin. However, when users submit Gravity Forms entries, they are not subscribed to the MailPoet lists as configured.

Also, the field mapping options don’t have all fields in the form available for mapping to the MailPoet fields. Only First, Last, and Email are available.

  • Hi @netpagz,

    1. Mailpoet only support First name , Last name and Email as subscriber fields. If you can create a subscriber manually you should see. So, there is no way to create extra fields.

    2. We just tested this plugin in our testing environment and it seems working good. However, can you please tell me if you are using any condition in form settings? If yes, than please try disabling condition to see if that works.

Let us know the result please. We would like to help ??

    HI,
    It does happend to me:
1.- I created the ‘mailpoet feed’ and mapping fields
2.- when I assign a Gravity form to mailpoet feed and ‘apply’ the check box goes unchecked, I mean even I checked when apply goes unchecked again
… so the forms doesn′t show up the mailpoet lists to suscribe

    wp 4.9.5
    gravity 2.3.1
    mailpoet 3.7.1
    mailpoet premium 3.0.18

    thanks a lot.,
    felix
