We are using your plugin in the footer of this website. You can see on the original website https:/debbiestevenswellbeing.co.uk that it looks just fine in the footer but now it is on the new website, with a different theme, the thumbnails will not change size. I can set them small, I can set them big, but it never changes. Have cleared cache. Any suggestions? New theme is Divi.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I assume there are no write permissions for the plugin’s file ‘public.css’. Please CHMOD them to 666 or talk with your administrator about that.

Thanks, I will try that, could be security preventing that access but I will check the permissions anyway.

Have checked, has write permissions already, any other ideas? Thanks

Maybe the server cache, the WP caache and the browser cache are involved. Did you clean them? My next idea is Divi. Problems of RPWWT with page builders were often reported. I don’t use Divi and don’t know it, so I can’t help here.
