    Do You know the code to implement? :S

    These are well-known, you can copy them from any website that has them and insert your own information, or, if you have an editor like Dreamweaver you can use it to create the tags in a blank HTML page, then copy/paste them into header.php as suggested.

    If you want to avoid getting into the code, there are multiple SEO plugins for WordPress that will set the tags up for you.
