Installing: Can’t get past step 1

    I’m feeling dumb, but I cannot get past step 1. WordPress says it is so simple & easy to install? Is this something the average person is supposed to be able to do easily?

    I have no idea what a shell is or how to use one. I tried ZipDeploy & keep getting error messages that say “sorry you are wrong”.

    Can someone please help?
