Static link as sub-category in category navigation

  • I have seen several post about how to add a category to a page navigation menu, but that’s not exactly what I’m looking for.

    On my website https://www.jacobw.com, my categories are listed horizontally. I have a category for photos. See photo. I would like the “sub-category” MY PHOTOS point to a static page.(jacobw.com/photos).

    I’ve hard coded the template file to achieve the results that I was looking for, but it would really be a pain to change the template every time I add a category.

    I’m still looking for a permanent solution…
