How to Make a Text Box that Does Nothing?

  • Hello!
    I am going to set up a Tarot card page using Magicards, because it looks like the other few have not been updated in some time. Unfortunately the person who made it did not include a form for the visitor to enter their question. People like to enter their questions, it does not matter if it has no direct effect on the random cards that are chosen. So, I need to have a text field on the page where they choose/draw their cards that does nothing more then just sit there holding the question they typed. Then if they have a new question, then they can type that in.

    Any ideas on how I do that?

    Adding HTML to WordPress is an excellent way to do this.

    Go to your WordPress admin panel. Click “Appearance” -> “Editor”

    Click the file you want to add the input box to. Add the following code where needed:

    <form action=”/action_page.php”>
    Question: <input type=”text” name=”Question”><br>
    </form>

    Give it a try ??
