free version contains outdated woocemmerce templates

  • Hi,

    I know and am grateful that eStore is still available as free version, but recently I receive notices that my theme (estore) contains outdated woocommerce templates (I am not sure if I translated the message properly). Do you possilbly know if and when update is available ?

    Thanks Rajesh. After update, when trying to customize the activated child theme, it doesn’t display anything in right customizing panel. Can you please assist ?

    Hi @ravish06,

    Could you disable used plugins one by one and check if the issue is resolved? Also, if that doesn’t help, could you try switching to the parent theme and check?
    If there is no issue while switching to the parent theme, can you tally the changes in the child theme with the parent and change as needed and check once?

    I have tried activating different theme “Twenty Twenty” and that theme does customize when going to Appearance -> Customize.

    Seems like some update issue. I can provide you screenshots for both themes, if you want.

    Ok got it working. Its “Aftership” plugin by disabling that plugin, works fine.

    Your theme (eStore) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

    Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
    If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
