URL with [] shortcode chars

Hello,

I need to create the Max Button with URL which has shortcode chars [] . URL example = https://wpdatatables.com/documentation/creating-wpdatatables/creating-wpdatatables-from-excel/?wdt_column_filter%5B0%5D=Tunisia

I tried [, \[ and with Ascii chars 91 , 93. Nothing works.

Please advise how do this ?
