Icons not showing for some users

For 2., the icons should also work on mobile, could you please check if this option https://www.screencast.com/t/lrSrLJEBo8ny is selected under question number 3 in the plugin’s settings?

1. Windows 10 1909, Chrome (still not working)

yes, i think the problem is our testers were connecting through the corporate network and our domain is blocking the IPs – does this sound possible? when they tether to mobile or view on their phones it works fine.
