Basic authentication woocommerce help needed

    Hi,

    I’m trying to connect my woocommerce shop on https://www.getclampy.com to the WMS software (picqer) of my fulfilment party. They get the following error message: ‘beveiligd inloggen mislukt, zonder beveiliging inloggen is wel gelukt. Schakel ‘basic auth’ uit op de server of activeer ‘basic auth’ op de server van je webshop or in English: ‘secure login failed, without security works. Enable ‘basic auth’ in on the server of your webshop’.
    Now I am using all the latest versions of woocommerce and wordpress, i’ve even downloaded the basic auth plugin https://github.com/WP-API/Basic-Auth
    But still no change. Who can help? I am using verysimplessl plugin to get httpS.

    @smurf9852, it seems you had a similar issue, how did you solve it?

    I’m unfamiliar with how this WMS software works. Is the connection done through a plugin, or a different method? The more details you can provide, the better.
