Plugin conflict – Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer

    Hello there. All I managed to do is test it with different settings on different servers (staging areas). On my test server it seemed okay, however on a live site (with many orders that had been autocompleted by your plugin) it seems that the plugin will fail to open the preview. Now, I am not sure if this would cause Kadence plugin not to work at all… but I am not willing to risk it (as there could be no emails sent out).

    The conflict starts once the preview loads in the customizer window. What could be done about it? Do you think it would be safe to temporarily disable Autocomplete plugin to quickly design Email with Kadence and switch Autocomplete back on to send better emails? I don’t want to take chances therefore I decide to ask you and report an issue here. I am just testing your plugin, I noticed it hasn’t been updated in a while! Thank you.

    When you customize with Autocomplete WooCommerce installed make sure to select a real order to preview within the customizer. The mockup order won’t’ work. You can select this in the settings on the left side in your email type and text area.

    This is the reply I got from the Kadence plugin author, and it worked for me!

    The issue is now resolved. Both plugins work, you only have to change the preview email from mockup to a real order example first in the PREVIEW ORDER input box of the Email Type and Text section in the Email Customizer window.

    I am facing the same problem with Kadence Email Designer. It shows critical error in preview. Can you please elaborate where can i change the preview email from mockup to a real order ? There isn’t any option in ’email type and text’ section for changing mockup to real order.
    [Update] : Just created a mockup order and it worked. My bad

    Hello. i am getting critical error. I dont know how to do a MockUp order ?

    Hey there @bernhard05 all you have to do is change the preview email from mockup to a real order example first in the PREVIEW ORDER input box of the Email Type and Text section in the Email Customizer window. However, this plugin works even with a mockup order for me after updates.
