How to use Shorcodes

    Hello,
    I’m trying to put the plugin shortcode [op-is-open] in a specific page, but it doesn’t work. So, the result is not displayed on the page.

    My attempts:
    [op-is-open]
    [op-is-open closed_text="closed"]

    Could you please help me about this
