    This is a really useful plugin if you want to hide all new group members for example for concentrating on group content.

    What I did not understand is the function “Rename in Activity Stream”. How does it work?

    A couple of times, we use 3rd party plugins, which add custom post type, and when you publish a new post for that specific custom post type, you can also display it at activity steam. This setting gives you an option to enabled activities for those CPT’s, and you can also change their displayed CPT label inside the activity stream.

    e.g., we have a CPT with name movies, enabled and updated name with film, it will display new activities like the following screenshot.
