Unable to integrate form to BuddyPress site

  • I have created “WP Staging” site, a copy of my page for testing and I have created “My Blogs” form to be displayed in user account, and everything seems to work fine.

    but when I try to repeat the same steps in my live site, I can’t get the form to integrate to my user profile.

    How can trouble shoot the issue?

    Does anybody know how I can troubleshoot this issue? Are there logs I can check to see what is going on?

    Hmmm.. the forums here are dead, no answers for mine post and no answers for several other questions as well for several months.
    Svens pinned post states to go to another location for assistance. But the link provided is dead.
    So dead links, dead forum, is this project dead??
