Ultimate Member Setup Error: Account page can not be a child page.

Hi @debralw,

Could you please provide a screenshot of your UM Page Setup?
Go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Pages.

Can you also check if which permalink redirects you to account page, when you logged in as subscriber/non-admin account and then view your profile and click on the “Gear” button. Click on the “My Account” in the menu.

Hi @debralw – Your account page should not be under /membership-login/

The permalink should look like this: https://graceroc.com/membership-profile-3/

Could you please edit the /membership-profile-3/ page and see if you can remove the parent page?
