Get error downloading some files to local

    I’ve just repeated the above – backed up and tried to download. I get the error on the initial file of the paired files, upload.zip and other.zip. Each is almost 400MB. I also get the error screen on other2.zip, but the download proceeds moments after the screen comes on. Other2.zip is 209MB.

    Did some more testing.
    Tried limiting the zip file size to 300MB and then to 250MB in the Expert Settings. Both still had the failures. I tried 200MB and was able to download the files.
    Is this normal? Is this the right way to address the type of error I had?

    Does it tell us anything about being able to restore with these files?

    To download large files, you’ll have to increase the value of following PHP vars in php.ini file.

    upload_max_filesize
    max_input_time
    memory_limit
    max_execution_time
    post_max_size

    Can you please ask your host to increase the value of above PHP vars?
