Poor support, completely incompatible with page builder, Slow down website

I bought it to amp support for pages which created with the Elementor page builder, but it’s not compatible at all. every time I need to write CSS for all pages, It degrades website performance, and poor support at all. No replay is given, or it is given only after 5-7 days, or even they say that we are steel working on it, useless plugin
