custom fields not usable

    Dear forum mmebers,

    I’m having problmes with the use of custom fields i defined earlier. (payment of membership in two years) I cannot make them visible in membership directories. They cannot be chosen as a field to search with? Also the values of thes fields cannot be searched. Search forms are not present(?!) The same in filters.

    Does anyone have a solution?
    If it does help i have in install info file.

    Does this custom field type is text? Did you try to activate the General Search option for the Member directory to see the search bar above the filters?

    Hello it is a custom field withe the use of a meta key

    I did activate the general search option.

    But in the general search area the search on legit values does not give any results
