Hi, in the page [ redundant link removed ] i have inserted a video. If the video is played in full screen from a mobile device and the screen is rotated at horizontal the video is not centred: impossible to see in this way.

    Hi peopleinside

Thanks for reaching out. All seems normal in Chrome when I test in iOS. For a comparison, please, try inserting the video into a new test page in the Classic Editor if you have the Classic Editor plugin installed and see if the result is any different on your end. If you aren’t using the Classic Editor plugin you can use the Block Editor for your test page.

Issue still be present also on Android Chrome Browser.
The issue is not related to Youtube but when i use the video function of your plugin. I want use this as related video at the end of the video is not clickable.

Seems the video component widget has a bug or cannot work correctly.

Thanks, please, can you send us a link to the test page?

Thanks. I’m sure your reply will be approved soon. To confirm, I’m asking for a URL to a testing page where the issue is replicated outside of Page Builder. That’ll give us a non-Page Builder benchmark to compare the issue page too.

I don’t know what you mean.
In my first reply, I asked you to create the same page with the same content in the Classic or Block Editor, without using Page Builder, in order to compare the results. If you’d prefer not to do that, no worries. That’s what I was asking for though, a link to that testing page.

Are you able to see the issue on the link previously pasted?
No, the issue isn’t present in iOS Chrome or Safari.

My intention was to send your original link and link to the testing page I mentioned above to our team for assessment on an Android device. No worries though, I’ll send what you’ve provided so far and we’ll revert back.

Thanks for reaching out. All seems normal in Chrome when I test in iOS.

Have you opened the video in full screen?
The issue is not present if the video is not in full screen, is present when is in full screen and you rotate the screen.

I’m unable at the moment to create another page with direct embed YouTube video; the issue is only on the widget player of the page builder plugin.

    Thanks for your help.
I don’t have IOS for est on a different mobile OS, on Android 9 and Chrome, Firefox i see this issue on mobile when the video is at full screen and the screen rotated on horizontal.

Thanks for the update. All is normal in iOS Chrome and Safari in full screen when changing orientation. Alex from SiteOrigin will take a look and revert back. Cheers.

    Hi peopleinside,

I’ve been able to replicate this issue on your website. This issue appears to be related to the MediaElement video player which is the video player included with WordPress. Please try using the SiteOrigin Video Player widget instead. Can’t see this widget? You can activate it by navigating to WP Admin > Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets.

Please add a SiteOrigin Video Player to your page, and set it to use an Extnerally Hosted Video. Set your Video URL and then open the Settings group. Untick Use oEmbed and untick Show Related Videos. Save. How does that look?

@misplon thank you for the help.
@alexgso i’m sorry to read the video editor bugged is made by WordPress.

If your widget video the results is not nice also if i use your editor as the row is divided in two parts. https://postimg.cc/yDrGFP4B

We maybe need report to WordPress the video bug.
    I created a topic here.

    Hi peopleinside,

That’s strange. If possible, can you please create a test page where I can inspect that?

I have solved for now, also i understood the issue was a WordPress component.
    Thanks for the help.
