    we are using Klarna Checkout on our Woocommerce shop -> https://www.kca-lab.com/shop

    we also use the latest Klarna Order Management for WooCommerce version 1.4.0

    at the order details page the ‘klarna order management’ widget does not show any actions in the drop-down menu.

    There’s no cancel action or whatever action available.

    how can we solve this issue?

    Hi @becki!

    This is something that we need to fix in our plugin. If you have the settings set for automatically handling these things through changing the order status in WooCommerce, that dropdown should not show at all. So this is not an issue with your site, its mainly that we need to not show it. You see no actions in there because you should not see any.

    This will be resolved with the next version of the plugin however. But i do not have a date for that just yet sadly.

    where do I set settings for this plugin? I do not see any options about automatically handling these things? Is this done in Woocommerce? Or in Klarna Order Management plugin?

    You can find Woo Klarna Order Management config options in Woo admin, under WooCommerce->Klarna Add-ons->Settings

    If the Klarna Order Management for WooCommerce plugin is activate, those 4 config settings (i.e. On order completion) should be checked by default. When those settings are active, the plugin will call the Klarna order management API when the Woo order status is updated (e.g. from Processing to Completed would capture the order in Klarna).

    In the plugin settings is it possible to change the status from ‘completed’ to ‘dispatched’ for the order to be captured?

    No, unfortunately there is no option in the settings for changing the “completed” status to be “dispatched” instead.
