Firefox renders the numbering of numeric differently

    In Firefox, The h2 level headings misses one number as the h3 level headings are also counted as one of h2 level headings. i have hidden the h3 numbering. even otherwise, Firefox counts h3 as 3 in my example and the next h2 level heading is numbered 4. This doesn’t happen in chrome or opera. How to solve this?

    Soory, seem like a bug with Firefox render CSS lists/counting.
