“Next Page” not working on category page

I’ve been trying to fix and figure this problem out for the past 3 days now but to no avail. I hope that someone can help me with this problem.
I have this site I’m currently working on…
On the homepage, – https://www.thecreditcardguide.com.au/ – when I click on “page 2” it redirects me to – https://www.thecreditcardguide.com.au/page/2/ – which is correct.
While on the category page, – https://www.thecreditcardguide.com.au/cash-back/ – when I click on “page 2” it redirects me to – https://www.thecreditcardguide.com.au/cash-back/page/2/ – and it’s giving me a 404 page.
Can you please help me out with this? I’ve tried all the solutions that I can see on the internet from deleting and updating the .htaccess file, to checking query_posts, etc.
Unfortunately, I don’t know much about programming and I still can’t find the right solution. ??
