AnyFont on other text ? and What about Caps ?

AnyFont is really nice, thanks for your work !
I have two questions about it :
– Can I apply a style with AnyFont on another text, such as my menu for instance ? How do I do that ?
– Is it possible to uppercase the anyfont text only ?
