coupon brand restrictions not working properly

  • Hi there, I got brand A and brand B in production (more than that, but just for example). I also got a coupon that is set to not apply discounts for products in brand A.

    When testing, the brand A is applied, but brand B is restricted!

    Right now, the coupon is set to restrict brand B, but it actually restricts brand A.

    Any ideas why it does that?

    Hi RwkY,

    This is the correct behavior.

    Coupon will be valid if there are at least one product of the specified brands in the cart.

    Anyway, it is planned to improve the coupons integration for next releases.

    I understand, I’ve read the fine print (question bubble) next to the brand restriction.

    But I got almost 100 different brands, any option to restrict the coupon from applying for just one brand?
