Hi – I’ve created a ticket fieldset so people can give me certain details (dietary, medical etc) – & I can see if I trial purchase that you have to fill in the details to buy a ticket – but I can’t see where I can subsequently access that data??
    Can anyone help please!

    Hi @kelvynjames

You should be able to find that data in the wp_postmeta table connected to the relevant event post id.

    Hope this helps.

Hi Andras – kinda (as in it’s good to know it is recorded somewhere – but…I don’t know where to find that (or any) table.
I should have added I’m very not techie – I’m a mountain guide lol!

Do you want to access that data to use it in the code? Or just check what people submitted?

It would be a useful feature to be to print out a report of what they said (genuinely surprised its not built in), but it’s not mission critical.

    Update (for anyone interested)
In the eventview in Dashboard, select Attendees – the view details, it appears there. Not worked out a report from that info yet, but getting there lol!

    Hi @kelvynjames!

There’s actually an article in our Knowledge base which explains where to find the data for each attendee (that View Details link that you found): https://support.theeventscalendar.com/622969-Tickets-Managing-Your-Orders-and-Attendees. That being said, that information may be a bit hidden – thanks for flagging it!

You can also Export your list of Attendees by clicking right next to the Print button on your Attendees page. You can export this list to a program like Excel and then the additional fields should automatically be listed. You can then print the list from there.

    I hope this helps.

    Have a nice day!
    Jeremy
