seo title is not changing

This either takes more time for Google to process, or Google chose not to display it for whatever reason. What you fill into your meta is not always literally what Google will display.

from my website starting onwards it is showing like that i think it is not google problem

A: What title did you enter for the post/page in the Yoast meta box?
B: What title is output in the source code of your site?
C: What title does Google show?
