Problems with New order email to the client

    I experience problems to send emails to customers in case of new order only.
    It is activated from the Woocomemrce settings. it was working until last week. The administrator is receiving new email about a new order, client not.
    Testing is not happening with the same email, I have tied different email addresses.
    I have tried also switch to default theme; switch off almost all plugins, roll back woocommerce and other plugins which were lately updated, nothing helps.
    Also, if I choose feom admin to send invoice to the customer (I′m using pdf invoice plugin) then New order email is sent together with the invoice. But it does not go automatically if customer is placing the invoice.
    I′m using custom template for on hold email notification, changed also template file to the latest version (and also tested if there is no custom template )- no results, client is not receiving that email but can receive all the other notification emails.
    Any suggestions what could be wrong?

    Did you check your SMTP setting?

    I had same issues and installing Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log resolved my issues.

    Please try to install it or others SMTP plugin and I am sure your problem also will be solved.

    Hi @sandras21,

    Like @melotheme said, one issue could be your server not having the best email sending setup. It’s odd that one email would work though, while others don’t. Perhaps there is a template override or conflicting plugin at work here.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    thanks, I got it sorted out, the wrong email type was activated and correct deactivated, more like things lost in translation…
