Standard signup form not working

    My signup form is not working.

    When a user clicks the Subscribe button it briefly redirects to /?na=s and then immediately redirects to my homepage. No error message, no confirmation message.

    There are no javascript errors reported in the browser console, and no errors in the server logs.

    I am using a standard [newsletter_form] shortcode with no extra parameters.

    I know the subscribers and newsletters are working properly on my site because new Woocommerce users are signing up to the newsletter with no problem. It’s just the basic signup form that seems to be not working.

    What could it be?

    Hi, you probably have a redirection set with rewrite rules, please ask the provider to check that on .htaccess or check if you have a plugin redirecting url with parameters.
